MarketBell Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the MarketBell iOS application ("MarketBell" or the "App"). MarketBell is provided by Concurrent Space Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16800102.
By downloading or using MarketBell, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What MarketBell provides
MarketBell provides information about market and exchange trading hours, holidays and current status. It may also provide watchlists, notifications, widgets, Live Activities and other related features.
No account is required to use MarketBell. Some features require a MarketBell Plus subscription or Lifetime Plan.
2. Important information disclaimer
MarketBell is an informational utility. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice, and nothing in the App is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial product.
We take reasonable care when preparing market schedules, but exchange hours, holidays and trading phases can change, sometimes at short notice. Information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. You should confirm time-sensitive information with the relevant exchange, broker or another official source before making a financial or trading decision.
Notifications, widgets and Live Activities may be delayed, missed or unavailable because of device settings, operating-system restrictions, time-zone changes, connectivity or other circumstances outside our control. Do not rely on MarketBell as your only source for a time-sensitive action.
3. Your right to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use MarketBell on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable usage rules.
You must not:
- Use MarketBell unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights;
- Copy, sell, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit the App or its content;
- Attempt to interfere with the App's operation or security; or
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
MarketBell is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights in the App, including its software, design, branding and original content.
Your use of MarketBell is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict concerning your App Store licence, Apple's terms apply.
4. MarketBell Plus purchases
MarketBell Plus may be available through auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time Lifetime Plan purchased through Apple's App Store.
Subscriptions
The price, subscription period, available trial and included features are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple Account before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the App Store or your Apple Account settings. Deleting MarketBell does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases, billing, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under its applicable terms and policies, without limiting any rights you have under applicable law. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem service.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown when you subscribed unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Lifetime Plan
A Lifetime Plan is a single, non-recurring purchase. It provides access to the MarketBell Plus features included with the Lifetime Plan for as long as MarketBell remains available and we continue to operate MarketBell Plus. It is not a subscription and has no renewal fee.
"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of MarketBell, not the lifetime of the purchaser or any particular device. It does not guarantee that MarketBell will be available forever, remain compatible with every future device or operating-system version, or include a separate product or service that we may introduce in the future.
We may update, replace or retire individual features as MarketBell develops. We will not remove the essential benefit of a Lifetime Plan without a valid legal, security, technical or operational reason. If we permanently discontinue MarketBell or MarketBell Plus, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable. Your rights and remedies under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
A Lifetime Plan is associated with the Apple Account used to purchase it. It may be restored on compatible devices using the same Apple Account. It may be shared through Apple Family Sharing only if the purchase is marked as eligible and Apple permits the sharing.
The price, included features and meaning of "Lifetime" will also be displayed before you confirm the purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple, without limiting your statutory rights.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use MarketBell.
6. Availability and changes to MarketBell
We may maintain, update or change MarketBell to improve it, address security or legal requirements, or adapt to changes in Apple services and market schedules.
We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of a material change that significantly reduces a paid feature.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or serious misuse of the App.
7. Responsibility when things go wrong
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and your mandatory rights under consumer law.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, that are caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or that result from using MarketBell contrary to the informational warnings in section 2.
MarketBell is provided for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profits, lost trading opportunities or investment losses arising from business or professional use of the App, except where applicable law does not allow that responsibility to be excluded.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Ending your use
You may stop using and delete MarketBell at any time. You must separately cancel any active subscription through Apple if you do not want it to renew.
Your licence to use MarketBell ends if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. Where appropriate, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to correct the breach.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security or operational reasons, or when MarketBell's services change.
We will give reasonable notice through the App or another appropriate method if a change materially affects your rights. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using MarketBell before they take effect and cancel any active subscription.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
